We want you to love your home decor! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

⏱️ 14-Day Return Window

• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

📋 How to Start a Return

2. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💔 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at decoriteasy@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

• Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
• Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Delay Note: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
